SPARTANBURG, SC – Mary Black Health System welcomes surgeon Mark Smith, M.D., to Mary Black Health System Spartanburg. Dr. Smith joins Mary Black Surgical Specialties located in the Hugh R. Black building on the Mary Black Hospital campus at 1650 Skylyn Drive, Suite 240, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
Dr. Mark Smith is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Smith completed his residency in general surgery at Roanoke Memorial Hospital after receiving his medical degree from The Bowman Gray School of Medicine. Dr. Smith grew up in North Carolina. Recently, Dr. Smith rode his bike the entire length of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
