Spartanburg, SC —Mary Black Health System-Spartanburg welcomes Brett English as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to his arrival in Spartanburg, English was CFO at our sister hospital, Mary Black Health System – Gaffney. He previously served as Director of Financial Services and interim CFO at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, South Carolina. Brett has additional experience in executive finance roles outside of healthcare.

English is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He enjoys golf, traveling, and college football.
