Spartanburg, SC--Mary Black Health System-Spartanburg has named Parkes Coggins as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 26, 2018. Coggins joins the hospital from 124-bed Carolinas Hospital System--Marion, in Mullins, South Carolina.
